Prevelly - Conto - Hamelin Bay
Day 1
Start your hike from Prevelly. Conto is your first campsite, a trek of roughly 19km (estimated time 5-6 hours) Key spots along this
section are Bodjinup Creek - Redgate Beach - Bob's Hollow - Conto ridge walk.
*transport included from Prevelly (7.30am - 8.30am departure) to Hamelin Bay.
Day 2
Next up, you will make your way from Conto to Hamelin Bay, totalling 19km (estimated time of 5-6 hours). Key spots along this section are Boranup Karri Forrest - Boranup Beach (6.5km).
What to wear and bring
Rainproof jacket & pants.
Wool thermals, top and bottom.
Sun hat and fly net.
Walking boots or trainers & spare sandals.
Large Water bottle, head torch, sun cream, mozzie repellent, basic first aid kit, blister band aids (compeed)
Power bank. You cannot charge your phone until you arrive back at Prevelly.
Bring 2-3 litres of water for your first walk to Conto’s.
Accommodation night prior to the walk is not included. The Margaret River Beach Resort and Surfpoint Resort in Gnarabup are popular choices amongst our hikers. Enjoy your breakfast at White Elephant before your hike starts. We will provide you with recommendations where to park your car whilst tracking with us.
