DESCRIPTION 1 - 21st Oct to 7th Nov
Diwali - Festival of Lights - is the biggest Indian Festival.
Every year in the months of October & November, the celebrations for Diwali happen in India. If you're in India around this time, do not miss this Experience where you get a rare chance to participate in the Festivities.
The Experience is planned, in chronological order, as below
You shall be given a traditional welcome at our home with teeka, maala & kalava.
Detailed information on Diwali shall be explained, including the why, how, when and what of Diwali.
Enjoy some delicacies prepared for the Festival.
Take a tour of the entire home beautifully decorated for the Diwali Festive Season.
Make a Rangoli (artwork on floor using coloured sand, flowers and lamps).
Participate in a Diwali prayer and light candles & lamps.
Indulge yourself in a delicious meal (Dinner & Dessert).
Enjoy some fireworks which are an essential part of the Diwali celebrations.
Participate in an informal music & dance sequence at our home.
You shall have free access to super fast wi-fi at our home.
We use filtered water in our cooking and serve unlimited bottled mineral water to the Guests during the Experience.
