IImmersed in a generous and lush natural setting, we invite you to discover together a tradition deeply rooted in our territory: the production of extra virgin olive oil. Walking through the centuries-old olive groves to caress the bark of the trees, discover their age, and learn about traditional farming tools are some of the most significant moments of this journey through the colours and scents of the Sicilian countryside.We will witness a demonstration on the preparation of olive pâté and salt-cured olives. We will complete the experience with a sensory game focused on olive oil and the tasting of two varieties of extra virgin olive oil. A delicious tasting board awaits us, featuring five Sicilian specialities, all accompanied by the tasting of a glass of wine that evokes the warmth of the Mediterranean.
