What you can expect

In this very popular tea ceremony experience, you will enjoy tea ceremony, matcha green tea, and wagashi (Japanese sweets) prepared by a kimono-clad master teishu.
The course takes place in a 24-mat authentic tatami room and lasts from 60 minutes.
Guided activity in English and Japanese are available.

With a history dating back hundreds of years, the tea ceremony originated in samurai culture and was once considered the highest form of entertainment.
Experienced tea masters will explain and guide you through the special utensils and etiquette used in the tea ceremony as you experience it first-hand.
