Japanese supermarkets are a treasure trove, offering an extensive range of meats, fish, vegetables, and an array of unique seasonings. We are eager to share my insights on selecting the freshest ingredients, a skill honed through daily practice. Once we've gathered our ingredients, we'll transition to a professional kitchen studio to embark on our cooking session. Under guided instruction, you'll master the techniques of Japanese home-style cooking, from wielding a Japanese knife with precision to preparing foundational elements like dashi for miso soup and crafting sushi rice seasoned with vinegar. Beyond sushi, you'll delve into creating authentic dishes such as miso soup, aubergine dengaku, and the delightful dashimaki tamago (rolled egg).
