Students gain hands-on experience, producing award-winning wines. The programme focuses on winemaking, viticulture, and sales/marketing, providing diverse opportunities post-graduation. Developed in consultation with the local wine industry, it received the Pinnacle Award in 2004 for supplying top graduates to the tourism industry and was honoured as the Best Programme in Canada by the Association of Canadian Community Colleges.
