You’ll get an overview of the recipes you’ll soon master, each rooted in Albanian heritage. Menu: Raki tasting A variety of seasonal starters and meze Village chicken with pershesh Burek with cottage cheese Sheqerpare (traditional dessert) Guided by the chef, you’ll roll up your sleeves and start cooking step by step. You’ll learn traditional techniques, from rolling dough for burek to properly seasoning chicken for pershesh. Throughout the class, you can sip on unlimited homemade wine and take part in a raki tasting to fully experience the local flavours. Once the cooking is done, you’ll gather around a communal table to savour the feast you’ve created.
