Inspired by his grandmother Doreen's cooking wisdom and family values, the restaurant was built on Cabier beach where all the local families come to relax, cook a pot of oil down, play some cricket or football and swim on the reef protected swimming area.

The restaurant features a 20 foot long bamboo bar, solar powered lights and solar chilled drinks.
