Since its inception in 1962, the Winemaker’s Selection Vat 1 Semillon has become Australia's most awarded white wine. Through this vertical tasting you will experience and learn about the epitomised benefits of patient bottle ageing that transforms this unoaked wine into a masterpiece. This experience includes a winery tour followed by a 6 vintage vertical tasting of Vat 1 Semillon accompanied by locally sourced cheeses.
