Viator totally misrepresent what this tour is . Instead of droping by street food stalls along the way as advertised , the Guide took us to ONE restaurant after long long walk and ask each of us in the group of 18 to pay additional cash on top of what we already pay viator just to get a set meal plus tips to her and tips to the restaurant becuase she cannot find a restuarant that "meet her budget". So each in the group need to pay extra or simply get a snack. After that one stop that took a long time and wasted time, the tour is OVER because it exceed the 3 hour time limit accordingly to the guide. Many of our group is so disappointed that they left the "tour" after the one stop. I would give it a -5 (negative 5 star) if it is possible. The guide obviously did not do any homework or any preparation even though she is well aware of the group size well ahead of time based on varioius communications with my wife who faciliated this tour from friends all from our cruise ship.

It is with great disappointment that I have to write this review. Having done many viator tours in the past with great satisfaction, this is by far the greatest disappointment, for the following reasons: 1. This tour is sold as a STREET FOOD tour, but it turns out to be a single restaurant sit down lunch ( after much searching by the tour guide to find one that meets her "budget". The entire group of 18 is thus drag along walking around while she "tour" the streets in search of the right restaurant ( which she has NOT prepared ahead of time). 2. Everyone in The group is asked to "TOP UP" in cash extra in order to eat in the restaurant set meal she finally selected because she cannot find a restaurant that meets her budget. Otherwise, only appetizer will be offered and no set meal. On top, we were asked to pay tips to the restaurant and also tip to the guide for this restaurant. People complained she was pocketing money left and right and asking for more. 3. There was NO other food venue ( street food or otherwise) offered or discussed. There were street food around, but was totally ignored. She offered no explanation. When asked where are the other 'street food" she planned to bring us to , there was no reply. 4. Horrid tour guide - totally unprepared to deal with the group size (which she knew ahead of time) she should have mapped out restaurants (since she claims there is no street food) ahead of time and arranged for us to arrive with a menu preplanned base in the budget. 5. Half our group ended up walking away and abandoning the "tour" after the single meal which took up most of the time and she said that there is NO other food venues offered. She did not offer a food tour. She just brought us to ONE restaurant, then the tour is OVER. There is no history on food, no variety of food vendors that were visited, no sincere appologies for not being prepared. 6. She has an assistant that "tag along" but whom is quite preoccupied with her own cell phone and not paying full attention to some of our senior members 7. When told of our disappointment at the end of the tour, we were told to write to Viator. 8. This tour gives Viator a BAD name , and a full refund is warranted. I hope others will learn to be more careful . We trusted Viator. We are burned.
