Overview

An experience that combines a visit to the Domaine St.Diego Winery, the Olivicola Pasrai and ends with a paired lunch at the Esencia 1870 Winery promises to offer the best of the Maipu wine region, Mendoza, Argentina.
At the Domaine St.Diego Winery, visitors can explore the history and wine production of this family winery. Then they will visit the Traditional Pasrai Oil Factory also with a tasting of its oils.
Finally, visitors would go to Bodega Esencia 1870 for lunch. The 4-course paired lunch.
First Step: Chickpea hummus, pickled vegetables, homemade mayonnaise accompanied with focaccia bread, paired with Extra Brut Sparkling Wine.
Second Step: Two meat or vegetable empanadas, paired with dry “Naranjo” wine.
Third Step: Strip of roast garnished with rustic potatoes or vegetarian Lasagne, paired with Malbec “Gran Pueblo Argentino”.
Fourth Step: Flan with dulce de leche, paired with Torrontes “Esencia”.
