What you can expect

Enjoy a guided visit to the craft workshop of the last Battiloro in Venice. The Battiloro is a craftsman who beat the gold with a huge hammer, thinning it down to reduce it into a very thin leaf. This ancient trade is still practised in an evocative Venetian laboratory
