Miso soup The most important element of Japanese cuisine is Japanese dashi (umami). By utilising Japanese dashi in your cooking, you will be able to experience the essence of Japanese cuisine. You will learn the secrets of Japanese cuisine that only Japanese chefs know, how to use Japanese knives, and how to use unique Japanese cooking utensils. The lecturer's words are converted into voice in real time by the latest translator and are also projected on a large monitor. You can also learn how to cook delicious Japanese cuisine overseas.
