One problem we faced was the wait for the lift during the day, very small lift and only one available made it very tight and a long wait4. "Staff and breakfast and laundry service were good. No elevator and room was cold despite heater. We were in their “family” room which was accessed through a narrow staircase outside. Bathroom had no ventilation. Water pressure in shower was great however you had to hold the the shower wand since there was no place to put it, no shelves in the shower for soap or shampoo. "
