"This hotel is more like a motel. It is close to the newly built subway and staff were lovely. My only thought was that there needed to be more english speaking staff particularly if they wanted to attract overseas guests. All in all I was incredibly comfortable here."

"This hotel is just a waste of time and money. Check in took 40 minutes (I arrived at 10pm) and they insisted that I pay for the room when I had already paid it when I made the online booking. The reception staff member said what I paid online was only the deposit (yet it was the same amount as the room fee??). Shower was all mouldy and instead of actually cleaning it, it looks like they just tried to paint over it (and not very well!). Definitely not worth the amount paid. Would not recommend."

"Let me start with I didn’t think about getting into Beijing so early in the morning and how to check in when it was so freezing! We booked a car to pick to drop us off and it was a very smart decision as we wouldn’t have found it without the drivers help! We arrived at 530am and woke them up and they only took cash as a payment which I didn’t have so they could have refused me on both of those issues but they didn’t worry and gave us our room which is above and beyond... the room was average but...
