"Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Initial absence of basic cleaning products (doesn't make sense for each guest to buy new every time, if only staying for a few days) but spoke to reception and they provided products for us to use (thanks). Rooms are not big, but we spent most of the time out on the slopes and in town so didn't matter. Warm and clean in the apartment. Small town so everywhere is walkable. Staff at reception, bar and entertainment team were all very friendly and helpful. "

"stayed for 5 nights with my adult son for a 5 day ski trip. it iwas an ideal hotel for a boys trip. we rented a junior suite with two double beds with a glorius view of the mountain and the cig-roc lift. the main entry and ticket office to the sestriere ski resort is directly across the street from the hotel. the ski check is below the ski ticket office so that was an added plus! we drove to the hotel rather than take a complex blend of trains and buses and with car rental prices so cheap in...
