"Studio single: Clean cut nicely decorated and planned small room, wood and white and cloth, mini kitchen amazing bonus. Minor suggestions: coffee in room essential for travellers, single elevator out of order a real problem with suitcases (poor planning?), limited cocktail menu."

"Excellent service at the check in by Anthony who was professional, very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the property. We absolutely love the room, lots of space and quiet. The restaurant on site Les téléphones was gorgeous regarding the service by Lisa and Thibault and the food too. We enjoyed our stay with all of you. We definitely appreciate the excellent service at your hotel in different departments. Thank you to provide this level of service in this charming and historic place. "

"On the whole it was a lovely hotel, my only real complaint was lack of fresh air. The wind was a tilt and turn window and had a note saying there was a opening limit as is common in all multi story hotels. However our window catch was broken so they had screwed the window shut. It meant the room was very stuffy. It would cost about £10 for a new window catch and takes about 10 minutes to change. Screwing the window shut is not the right thing to do. "Great hotel for the value. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was great. Maim common areas are bright and clean. Hallways and stairs could use updating. Overall, great option in Lyon....especially for the price."

"Decorated like an old school, this place had charm! They provided tea and coffee in the rooms and offered wine service for when you arrived for an extra charge. I also had difficulty getting a hold of a tour company I booked through and the hotel staff called them throughout the day until they got back to me. It was incredible and a huge stress reliever.
