"The place was clean, and the heating was excellent during our stay ( winter time ). The car park is excellent too. It is basically right next to our accommodation. We will definitely come back and use this accommodation again. Highly recommended!"

"The location of the hotel is within walking distance of the Blankenberge Train Station. We stayed two night/three days before catching the tram to Zeebrugge for a cruise (easy to do). The front staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and we slept well after the traffic died down. The only negative was that our room was next to a major street so it was noisy. "Good location, 2nd line from the sea and the beach. Friendly and helpful personnel, quick check-in and very easy check-out (just leave the key on the reception counter). Garage is available at extra fee. Delhaize food store is just next door, very convenient. The 2nd line street is full of shops. "We didn’t get the email to check in and showed up at 2:30 pm being told we couldn’t until 4. The first night there was some very loud techno beat until 4 amThe second night there was 9:40- midnight the heat wasn’t working and we were told that 68 should be warm enough. We asked for a blanket which we got but he didn’t seem happy. There was no one at the receptionist desk ever."

"The room had everything we needed and it was clean. The personnel was friendly and breakfast was very good. The negative side was that our room was next to the entrance/exit and the noise of ppl getting in or out didn't let us sleep. The room is a little bit outdated. However, overall our stay was good and yes I would return to this place."

"Good location for transport to bruges & hotel a good price. But no reception staff or facilities (time of year?). We had no power in the room 212. Got moved to the next floor, room 107, but no power there either or heating, so returned our stuff back to 212 where briefly he was able to get power on to.There was an emergency phone number, but we only found this the next day during the move on the 1st floor.
