"We stayed early in the season (Dec), so the hotel was not operating with every possible amenity. Still, for a family holiday, it just barely sufficed, given the price. Pros: spacious room, nice balcony, good location to Rosshutte ski bus. Well heated. Cons: limited access to kettle, microwave, fridge. Games area for kids wete only at a charge of €2 for any item. TV service limited. Some parts of the hotel were well-used. A bit of a walk to town centre, although still relatively central....

"GREAT LOCATION! This hotel is located so close the the best cafes and shopping. We loved staying here. The check in process is so easy just make sure you complete the pre check in that you will receive in your email prior to arrival. The only negative I have is that our room was infested with quite a few ants. As a person who isn't easily bothered by bugs it was fine for me but they were very noticeable. Also 15 minutes before check out time someone entered our room without knocking I'm assuming...
