"I would give this property high marks across the board. To help the owners out, i want to give some detail about how to make it even better. i stayed on 2nd floor and at night temperatures were below freezing plus evening rain. ive been on east coast time and waking early. found great coffee down the road so i was up early every morning, so it was dark. the lighting could be approved. i was in the dark and there was a lot of slippery (ice) on that 2nd floor. but this place overall is very...

"Very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. It was a new property and I especially liked how wide the inside of the building as well as the beautiful location of the hotel. I throughly enjoyed the stay. Location is also perfect about 20 minutes drive from the visitor center. We went back to zion to watch the night sky. "

"Made a late decision to head for some sun for the weekend. We have stayed in hotel before. Close to Zion. Unfortunately, we ended up on the 1st floor near the elevators. It was noisier than preferred, but wasn’t too distracting. Would stay here again. "

"Nice place, had to leave a day early because of weather and health issues, So we lost a night, understandable. However not understandable was the $20 a day parking fee, that they don’t make you aware of until you check in!"
