"Great location. Really close to the ski lifts - we could just walk out of the ski locker room and step onto the slope that leads down to the lifts. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a very short walk. The hotel itself was great value for money - an endless supply of food and drink all included in the room rate. Breakfast was a huge buffet with pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, eggs, bacon, breads, cooked meats, etc. You could make your own packed lunch during the breakfast buffet or...

"What can I say, a fantastic hotel experience!! Clean, extremely comfortable and excellent service from all staff! Lovely breakfast, great location, Cosy bar area, nearby covered parking and a lovely little spa. The outdoor pool boasts amazing views of the mountains, just magical!! I highly recommend this lovely little property, my only improvement comment is the toilet roll provided in rooms which is a little too rough, so I purchased my own. "Always lovely to stay here, staff are friendly. The rooms I’ve always stayed in have been tired, but clean enough. BEWARE, Don’t bother paying cash for the Tax de Sejour upon check out as you will then be charged AGAIN on your credit card you used for security upon check in. I’ve been contacting the hotel since I got back to the UK trying to get a refund, but 7 messages later and I still have not heard back from them. The only negative to an otherwise lovely annual visit."

"It's situated conveniently from the busiest area of Le Lac but in a quiet corner. Excellent services and facility in the hotel and the ski shop. Food is also fantastic! We use the pool and spa everyday after a day on the ski slope. Our little boy loves it so much he didn't want to leave. I'd highly recommend it. "

Amazing little hotel.

"Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. We loved it, it’s a shame it closes for the summer season as it would be great to stay and enjoy the summer walks of the area. It is technically ski-in/ski-out although the ski-out side involves a rather steep walk of about 30 metres to get to the run. However there is a free shuttle mini-bus that will take you direct to the lifts. We will return undoubtedly. "

Great location be open minded

"Great location, free underground parking is a bonus, height was fine for a Toyota Hilux and you can drop off luggage for half an hour at the roundabout adjacent the block. We were six adults and it is "cosy", the table has leaf extensions both ends so could all sit to eat. Balcony both sides, the one at the entrance has a box to store walking boots etc. Stairs are narrow with no hand rail and space upstairs is cramped as others have observed. The lack of door on the double room up there must be because it otherwise has no window but I fail to grasp why it also has a gap in the wall, we pinned a towel across it. Linen and towels aren't included (although the owner supplies flimsy paper like protectors) we organised through Val Linge who were very efficient and delivered/collected. Would definitely book again, it would certainly suit young families with a couple of children."

"Stayed at this hotel for a recent ski holiday. Beautiful hotel, very cosy, lovely rooms. Lots of communal balconies. Didn’t use the bar however looked lovely with board games and pool. Great boot room. Parking on request for €19 pd. Accessible to slopes by foot, around a 10/15 minute walk depending on how good you are at walking in ski boots. Also, there’s a free bus stop 1 minute walk from the hotel which takes you right to the bottom of the slopes. Great stay, would definitely return next year! "
