"The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. "When we walked from train station the streets have lots of rubbish and homeless people and lots of police. It’s like any big European city. Never felt bothered. Next to hotel there are street vendors. Hotel itself was nice, rooms were spacious, a bit of street noise. All the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good as well. "
