"Catalina greeted me on arrival, very genuine, warm and friendly welcome. Apartment great, bottle of water in fridge. Aircon in bedroom. Apartments are not the most modern and a little tired but very clean and has everything you need and a great sized private balcony. "

"On arrival to the complex I was pleasantly surprised. It was nice and clean and staff were very accommodating. "This hotel exceeded my expectations. You feel welcomed from the start, very friendly staff. It is a quiet place for families and retirees, not for party folks. The kitchen is small but fully equipped, it has everything you may need to make your own meals. Which is great when you are on a budget or don't feel like going to a restaurant. We went to one of the local supermarkets and bought everything we needed to make our own meals several times. So, the only few less positive things to say are the...

"The hotel was closed to all amenities and not too far from the beach. The pool was lovely. The room was spacious. The only negatives are the noise from the road outside and also there was snot smeared on the walls"

Despite check-in time stating 1200 they wouldn’t let us check in until 1400. Did not offer us glass of cava that we seen other guests getting. Didn’t tell us where we could get changed or offer us pool towels. Reception staff not the most approachable and seem uninterested. Other staff within hotel excellent. No pool bar."
