"My fiance and I had a very enjoyable stay at Cosmo. The staff were exceptional! Especially Despina and the other lady that worked the same shift (sorry I have forgotten her name). They were super friendly, chatty, always asking how our day was, suggesting places to go. Honestly we could not have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. A truly wonderful stay and amazing staff!!!! So thank you to them for making our holiday even more beautiful!!!"

"We didn’t expect too much from a three star hotel, but the Nissiana was above expectations. The buffet breakfast was very good, the evening meal (we were half board) was very good with a different theme each night. And with food allergies, the Chef was there every night to guide me through. The pool area is beautiful. The room was comfortable. The two things I could mention was the road beside the Hotel (thus near the pool and outside dining room) was noisy. And this hotel caters to families so...

Corridor lit by safety lights, like a sub under attack, swing doors to navigate, then a small double room, twin beds. Seaview as promised but obscured by large hotel in front. Beds hard, towels old, wet room with no drain, (what?) Breakfast was ok, but not exciting. Pool was ok, not enough sunbeds, and too much shade, leaving you chasing the sun. VERY annoying pool bar staff, constantly shouting 'Yes...

"Great location right middle of ayia napa.at the same time it's very quite and has relaxing atmosphere. It's ideal for solo travelers and couples . Rooms are big and clean.. nice view from.balcony. I had garden view third floor .nice view also it's sea view. Hotel has simple but nice breakfast. Pool area is almost empty .I hardly saw anyone by the pool..hotel was almost full but you hardly see anyone except at breakfast Rooms don't have a kettle so if you need a tea or hot water you will need...
