"One night before early morning flight. Evening meal was good and bar service good."

"I stayed 6nights and it was ok for the price and since am out until 8-9pm everyday. My room was upgraded to a family room which I didn’t really need as I was solo. I should have asked to move to a double room as it became very noisy with kids running around , screaming, banging on walls and slamming doors in the middle of the night or early mornings. A few days I had to wake up at midnight or at 1-2am due to loud noise on the hallway and doors slammed. My room is very outdated and old. The A/C ...

"Great staff, especially raffi, room was fine, clean but no fridge or iron but the family room was roomy. Good value. It’s easy to get into central londo, take the 111 bus outside front of hotel to terminal 2&3 at Heathrow, then the Piccadilly tube/subway into central London. "

"It is conveniently located at Terminal 3 at Heathrow International airport. All rooms have no window. It would have been more helpful if the front desk staff informed us that there is a library lounge with coffee as alternative place to stay if we need to get work done . Oveall , clean bathroom and fresh bed sheets. "
