"A very short walk from Terminal 5, transportation from this location such as a rental car, bus, and train is easy. You do not hear any of the planes, rooms are quiet. "The staff at The Londoner went above and beyond in every aspect. I had to rush home as my mum in the USA became gravely ill and I needed to get home as quickly as possible. The staff on duty on the late night/overnight shift on February 10-11, 2025 took care of me and comforted me more than I would have ever expected from any staff at a hotel. "I arrived into Heathrow airport and this hotel is so incredibly convenient, located a minute’s walk from Green Park, a straight shot from the airport. I’d taken a red eye from the US so it was amazing to have an unexpected early check in to recuperate. Lots of staff, very attentive and friendly. A beautiful bar & restaurant. "The service at this hotel is top notch. From arrival outside to the front desk to the room to departure every aspect was premium service. The bell hops handled all of my luggage for me. Buffy at the front desk was a dream! The entire room service staff went above and beyond plus the food was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about what you pay for at this property. The only downside I would say is that I personally get hot easily and the bed would get SO hot throughout the night...
