"Parking is not so bad. We paid to park at a nearby parking lot, I think for each night it was like 12 dollars. The Snug Townhouse is right in the middle of action. You're in a nice part of Galway, and everything is right there for you to access. The staff was great, check in was very fast and easy. The rooms were delightful and the water pressure first class. So, yeah, if you're okay parking a few minutes away, I say the benefits of the property's location is worth it. "

"Reserved a room for my daughter who was visiting Galway from Dublin, for a day. My decision was based on location and other positive guest reviews. The hotel lived up to it's positive rating; my daughter loved her stay. The hotel is very conveniently located right next to the main train/bus station and everything is in walkable distance to it with lot's of dining spots all around. The room was neat & clean with a comfortable bed. Would stay here again."

When our Valentines evening stay canceled on us, they managed to keep us in our same room for an additional night. "What can you say about the castle it's absolutely gorgeous people were wonderful. The history surrounding it the beautiful lake it's a wonderful place to go and relax. "The location can't be beat. It is literally on Eyre Square in the heart of Galway, right next to 10 Euro a day carpark and 2 minute walk from the Train station. The breakfast was huge and tasty. I will definitely return. The part that stood out was the customer service! From reception to the dining room to the cleaning staff everyone was so nice and went above and beyond the usual. They didn't just help. They took the time to chat and offer advice. It was so welcoming. WELL DONE TO ALL!"
