"This was our second time staying at 16 Bay View. Our first time was awesome. This time the room was beautiful and clean. The front desk staff and restaurant/bar area and staff were wonderful. Food and drinks were great. The issue we had was with house keeping. We checked in on a Tuesday evening and checked out on Friday morning. House keeping came in one time to (Wednesday morning) to empty our trash can. That was it. No clean towels, no bed service, no room cleaning at all. For the...

"We were on a trip to visit family and this property was nice. The only caution I would offer is that there is no elevator and our room was on the third floor. Otherwise, it was nice place to stay!~"

"I loved this beautiful, quiet, clean home! Ashley did an outstanding job at welcoming us, giving us the where to go's and made our stay perfect! The room was perfect, clean and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and yummy. The grounds are beautiful, walkability to town was easy. Farnsworth Art museum was an easy walk and very worthy. A very, very nice place to stay. "Fabulous location right on the harbor. The room was very spacious (separate sitting room from the bedroom), comfortable and clean. In addition to a shower, the bath also had a jetted tub. Our balcony had a super view overlooking the harbor. Nice to have breakfast included which was delivered to the room. The hotel is also located in the middle of town so we could walk to everything. The only negative was that parking at the hotel is very limited and we had to park in a nearby public lot on...
