"We had a great one night stay at the glen quarter. The room is small but very well designed and sparkling clean. Centrally located in the heart of kinsale. Since we came off season we parked right behind the building. Two doors down from a perfect breakfast spot with delicious cappuccino. Highly recommend for a short stay. Keep in mind that parking could be a challenge during the peak season."

"Unique to the property was skeleton key to open and lock your room. Was great walkability to the whole town including pubs for dinner, fresh produce stores and pharmacy, not to mention a couple of different off licenses. Would recommend The Blue Haven for dinner - the seafood chowder was the best I've ever had. The bed was pretty firm though so we both woke up sore. "Kevin and Craiy are fantastic hosts. Warm and friendly, and helpful. Like all their staff. Breakfast was partly self-service and partly table service. All excellent. Great choice too. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Daily service too. Walking distance to everything, with onsight parking. Views from the hotel across the harbour are magnificent. Kevin was helpful and pointed out places to visit nearby or just relax."
