3 Star Hotels in Bonn - Rhein-Sieg, North Rhine-Westphalia

"If you crave perfection...this is not your hotel. This is an older hotel in a spectacular location!! We rented a family suite. It had two bedrooms and a living room and slept 4 adults VERY comfortably. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and every request me made was met with cheerful compliance. My only complaint is that the shower is very small...think cruise ship small. It is a 1k walk to the train station to Cologne. "

"Staff was amazing. Hotel was nice. The beds were so uncomfortable. Too soft for us. No pillows. Used duvets folded in pillow cases as pillows. The shower space is very small and tight. Awkward shelf in the way which doesn’t help. A variety for breakfast. Was always lovely. Overall OK stay. "

"The room hasn’t been renovated yet and unfortunately was lacking amenities (no phone, small TV, dusty), however, the hotel is a little gem and the Breakfast was too die for, super delicious we’ve spent hours every morning lol. They worked with us changing departure date. Cute ambiance!"

"We arrived about 9:00 pm. There was no any receptionist or room service or maintenance people. Checked in with computer and took the key. No hot water at all. Ice cold water. No people to call. Room was extremely hot. 27 Celsius. There is no AC. We opened the windows. Humidity a lot. Terrible smell of the swamp. Couldn't sleep at all till morning. Still no hot water. When we told to receptionist at 8:00 am about hot water. She said "I will tell them". Ugly people, terrible hotel. David"

"It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception."

"For the facility provided, 120 USD is definitely overpriced. The toilet was not even flushed (seriously) when we checked in. Booked for two guests but only one set of towel, comforter, pillow, and cup were provided. Breakfast is free but you get the quality that is "free". Internet connection is a joke. Again, I understand if the hotel just wants to provide the basic services but 120 USD per night is a no-go."
