"Parking was ridiculously expensive.. staff suggested I use a separate car park and, whilst cheaper was actually so inconvenient do I ended up paying for the hotel car park at an inflated cost! "

"The hotel is very large and taking that into consideration it is immaculate. Plenty of seating areas, 3 restaurants for eating and a bar. We visit Maritim hotels for their signature breakfast and this experience was the best yet. Food laid out neatly and crockery cleared efficiently. Staff lovely and welcoming in all departments. Didn't visit the pool or gym. Transport stations nearby for getting into the city."

"This was my second stay since February 2024. I had a room on the third (second from street level) floor. The property has an elevator that works like a wheelchair lift. My room had enough lighting. Some of the lighting was confusing but I managed to sort it out. The bathroom was clean, had a simple shower stall with curtain, bedroom had a nice view of the Königswinter Straße, and was very close to a bakery where I could go most days for breakfast but not on Rosenmontag. "Nice large bedrooms, comfortable bed. Nice newly refurbished bathroom. Very good breakfast with Rhine view. Nice swimming pool and sauna (sauna and steam room extra €5 per person). Hotel parking expensive, but it is clearly advertised on the hotel details so no complaints there. 24 hours front desk and accomodating room service. I would stay here again!"
