"I was sent to a second building of the Hotel Retro into the rook 502. Which is fine as a standard. But nobody warned me that there is no lift up to the 5th floor. It ends on the fourth floor then you have to walk up taking narrow wooden stairs with your bag."

"I rarely share my reviews on Expedia but I would say I really like this accomodation. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed a really comfortable stay here. There are workshops in the hotel occasionally which makes the hotel even more lively. :) The only limitation I can think of is that there are only limited restaurants/shops near the hotel so you will need to go back to the city centre."

"A very good hotel experience that has the potential to be a great one with a few minor changes. The hotel is conveniently located and easily walkable from Midi Station, and onwards to the city centre and major landmarks in Brussels. Staff at the reception desk are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I stayed in Room 54, which was a double room with a view on the top floor. The room itself is light, airy and well layed out. The bed is supremely comfortable, with it being a proper double bed...
