"I really like staying at The Pentland, ok it’s a bit old and draughty, it could probably do with a bit of tlc but it’s full of character and the staff are top class, super convenient for work too. If I’m staying in Thurso and they’ve got room then I’m staying there :-)"

"We actually got moved to the Norseman Hotel as We felt the approach to the property was not the best as loads of pot holes in the road. The property looked like it had been a nursing home, it needed some landscaping outside we felt the security was not good as the main door which was not signposted was open and the room that we were given was unlocked and the door looked like it had had a letter box which was boarded up. The room was clean and tidy but it looked as if nobody was there to help as...
