"Staff is very friendly. Subway station Gateway Gardens is a block away from the rear of the hotel. Area is mostly a collection of hotels that are close to the airport, but it didn’t seem noisy at all."

"Check-in took a while as there was apparentice trying her best to accomodate our request which I greatly appreciate. Rooms are a bit small, but does not cause any inconvenience. Location is optimal; skyline plaza takes 4 mins walking, and there are other dining options near by. Having a bath tub is always great, though you might have to compromise high floors for it. Overall, had great 2-nights stay. "

"We booked this hotel last minute based on a flight change that required a stop in Frankfurt overnight on our way home. Despite being an airport hotel, our room was perfectly quiet with comfortable beds and a very clean room. It was also a very quick cab ride from the airport terminal. The included breakfast in the morning was delicious with many options to enjoy. It was an ideal place to stay for a good nights rest before catching our flight home. We would definitely stay again."

"Close to bars/nightlife and restaurants nearby, but not too busy or sketchy on the street. Pool and spa area is really nice. Couldn’t get the E.V. chargers to work for my car but seemed to be working for others. Phone in room didn’t work and TV screen was irritatingly flashing all night every few seconds, despite being turned off. "
