"Really enjoyed my stay and this was my first time going away by myself! Helpful and friendly staff made my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind. Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. Good selection of all inclusive drinks. Some you do have to pay for. Nice outdoor area with good sun coverage throughout the day. My main criticism of...

"Great family holiday, good location and facilities including parking space. Hotel is located in quite location but just few minuts walk to seside ,promenade. .Very friendly staff from reception and Bar. We enjoy varietion of food and drinks. All inclusive is recomended ..we would love to came back to this place again."

"The pool is nice and it is on the beach (sort of). The part of the beach it is on is rocky and very slippery. I saw a fair number of people at the resort on crutches. Parking was terrible there was very little parking near the hotel and the spaces at the hotel were small and difficult to pull into. The room was nice but the bathroom was incredibly small. The food was absolutely terrible. The Bacon was still pink. My 8 year old daughter said the food in her school cafeteria was better. Lastly...

"The location is excellent and the value for money is very good. The water pressure was weak and the pillows very uncomfortable, reducing to nothing when laying upon it. Charging for the use of a mini bar fridge is crazy. Most staff very friendly. "

Die Ausstattung ist noch aus den späten 80ern, die Farbe bröckelt von der Decke, die Bodenfliesen sind stark beschädigt. Es ist einigermaßen sauber. Der Charme bleibt aber auf der Strecke. Die Küche samt Inhalt riecht. Der TV empfängt nur DVB-T, daher keine ausländischen Programme verfügbar. Alles in allem recht ok, aber zu teuer für...

"Property is in an area with many derelict buildings. It feels safe enough. Hotel itself needs refurbishing. Staff at reception are ok, catering staff not very friendly at all. Noisy room as was situated above the entertainment disco area which thankfully stopped at 11pm."

"This was our 3rd time at this hotel.The entertainment team were excellent for the children always trying to include them in all activities. I found the bar staff and restaurant staff quite surly.whilst this is good value for a 3star hotel it would benefit from a much better air conditioning system and better sunbeds around the pool as most had been repaired or were broken.also the food was more than adequate for adults in our family (4) but not much choice for the children (3)."

"Unbearable without air conditioning during our stay in September. A fan was supplied but difficult to sleep with the noise of the fan. The neighbouring hotel must be all inclusive because we would wake early every morning to the clatter of plates (6am). The resort itself is fantastic and the apartment was nice. Just a nuisance having to check in/out at a different hotel 2 streets down."
