"The location of this hotel is fantastic, right smack-dab in the center of the shopping district. Short walk to the cathedral and Real Alcazar, plenty of dining options nearby. Also surrounded by pedestrian-only streets, so no traffic noise and the room nicely soundproofed. They nicely let me leave my luggage for a couple hours after checkout. There were some drawbacks, however: the room was quite small, the touted ‘balcony’ was about 1.5’ deep. There was no kettle for hot water, no coffee...

"The dorm room was very comfortable clean and a good location can take a cheap Uber or cab into the city easily! However I was there for five nights and no one replaced my toilet paper or gave new towels or seemingly did any maintenance!
