William at reception was absolutely amazing – Very accomadating and professional, from giving us handy car park tips and tricks to quickly sorting out the aircon in our room, nothing was too much trouble. He also recommended coming down to enjoy the local music, which really added to our trip. The bed was super comfortable, and the TV in the room was massive!
