Just booked for a quiet night but seemingly the hotel also had some kind of event on which was extremely noisy. I was on the third floor and couldn’t sleep because of music, staff emptying glass rubbish bins etc. I feel sorry for anyone on the floor below. At breakfast asked for a table beside the window but got a robotic ‘sorry not sorry’ response from the member of staff who said the tables were not clean so couldn’t be used. I would have been happy to wait 30 seconds for someone to just clear away used plates but no this was seemingly too much of an ask. Overall the hotel is nice and I have stayed there many times before but next time I’ll go somewhere else in the city.

The property appears relatively new. Pristinely clean top to bottom, comfortable room. The highlight was the staff. They were our personal tour directors for our visit. Great suggestion for best area pubs and arrange taxi tour of city narrated by the driver.

Easy to park and access Hilton Belfast. Staff were friendly and our rooms were spacious. Dinner in the restaurant was nice and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic choice of food and drinks
