"The Pavilion Hotel is my favorite place to stay on Catalina Island. It is right on the main boardwalk, overlooking the water, with easy access to all shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful with lounge chairs around a beautiful garden, a fire pit and tables with chairs to sit and relax. They have a daily happy hour which includes a complimentary glass of wine with cheese and crackers. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Avalon. "
