"I had booked a room with a King Size bed and sofa bed as I was travelling with my wife and adult daughter. The room we were given was had only a King size bed. I contacted the front desk and was offered a trundle bed. That would not do for my adult daughter. I was offered another room that did have a King size bed and sofa bed which matched my needs.
