"People were vaping and smoking constantly in front of lobby doors. It would even come into the lobby. Additionally, people were vaping in the hallways and sometimes would sit at the benches by the elevator, at all hours, doing it so it would smell like weed. My room was right by the elevator so at one point my room was a little smoky and I was worried there was a fire but it was just someone vaping. "I liked the room size. Perfect for one individual. I was unaware that there was no elevator and I was on the 5th floor. Stairs are hard to climb and descend with luggage.
