"This is a nice hotel but not my favorite Shangri-la resort. The pool area is nice and the food was excellent. The rooms were good. I think there was something missing on service that takes it from good to excellent. The attention to detail, attentive service etc. the beach area is also v small and feels man made. "

"I slept in, fell the person that I was there needs more protective rugs, or carpets on the slick prices. There’s nowhere to have no marble looking tile and then it rains and it’s wet and then it’s slippery. Very slippery."
