"We were pleased with everything, room was spacious, and so with the bathroom. Huge windows which is nice. The ac works great not making noises. The breakfast is really good with enough options for the price. The best part is the staff are friendly, helpful. This hotel have lots of well designed wood so if you like wood carving do not hesitate book this hotel, highly recommend even you don’t like wood i think it’s still really nice place to stay. Convenient to restaurants, massages, mini mart...

"The hotel room is spacious with 1 single bed and a queen size bed. The breakfast option are limited by delicious. The reception & breakfast staffs are friendly and accommodating. Just 3 minutes walk to Lotte Mall, make it convenient to get personal care items. There's a cafe (Xi Xi Coffee & Cake) infront of hotel that served good Salt Coffe, Coconut Coffe and Avocado Coconut Smoothie."

"The hotel keeps my passport, upon checking out, they all worry about taking my and $ and rush to inspect the room, FORGETTING TO TETURN my PASSPORT, I was charged $6 to have it sent to my next destination!!!! In all my stats in Vietnam, checking out is done by 2 hotel staffs, one takes care of the $/receipt/passport and another inspecting the room so the process is smooth Hope I receive my passport today, sent by courier I come back to Danang , gladly stay at another hotel"

"The staff here are amazing ! They were over the top wonderful. Hotel in great neighborhood as well and easy to walk or take a grab car. They even picked us up at airport free of charge. We also had a huge bag of laundry done. De nang is a very busy , noisy city and the staff made our trip so lovely . Breakfast was delightful too with good assortment of food available . "
