"Spacious, cosy , well decorated and friendly staff, especially the gentleman at the entrance who always offers help and his great smiles are so comforting. I like the balcony despite noise from nearby restaurants but it can be stopped when the window is closed. The beautiful swimming pool on the roof garden is relaxing though it’s rainy season. It can be appreciated if the old towels are replaced. Overall, we enjoyed the stay in this hotel."

"This was one of our favourite hotels that we stayed at in Vietnam, the room was so big, comfortable and very clean. It was a nice quiet hotel, close to lots of nice bars and restaurants. "Checked in with my kid at 6 PM, well after the official 2 PM check-in time, only to be told our room wasn't ready. Had to wait until 7:30 PM, which was exhausting after our flight. When we finally got our room, only one of the two beds was cleaned. We were told that we had booked a single room. The whole experience felt unprofessional and lacked consideration for guests. My kid and I were deeply disappointed. Expecting comfort after a tiring journey, we were instead met with delays and excuses....

"Excellent location, very clean, and very capable staff. If you stay for any more than four days choose an apartment, where the 2BR apartments come with a cooktop, washing machine/dryer, and a full-size fridge & freezer - as well as all the amenities of the actual hotel. Speaking of which, the breakfast buffet and gym were excellent. Special mention must go to Nam, one of the hotel's concierges, who went out of his way to organise a number of our side trips for us and help navigate our way around Da Nang. Perhaps the only small minus was the flotilla of motorbikes zooming down the main street almost every night - but I guess that's the price one pays for having a room overlooking the Han River. If you close the sliding doors the noise reduces considerably but we liked the fresh air rather than using the air-conditioning. Our two-bedroom apartment also had a very large balcony, which was fantastic to sit out on and watch the world go by on the river. The hotel was also directly opposite the boarding location for the night river cruises."
