"We had really great stay for 4 nights in Sanouva Danang. Manager Huu Duc and staff were extremely helpful. We got free 30min spa vouchers for all the members which had foot reflexology or head, back shoulder massage. Service was really superb for the spa. Wang and Hyuyen did really great job. Ambience and amenities of the hotel are very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much."

"This was one of our favourite hotels that we stayed at in Vietnam, the room was so big, comfortable and very clean. It was a nice quiet hotel, close to lots of nice bars and restaurants. "The staff spoke English and was super friendly and helpful with my questions. The area is farther away from the beach and nightlife but all within a short distance and very quiet. I suggest you download the ride app GRAB. Rides are very cheap."

"The stay was perfect. The receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The porters are exceptional gentlemen - who greeted us at entrance when we came in (I forgot his name) and checked out (Mr. Dieu). The location is perfect and walkable to restaurants, markets. We definitely come back to this hotel in our next trips to Da Nang. Thank you."

"Stayed 5 nights. A great place. Very close to my son Hoan and hue for day trips. It was right on the river and our view was of the bridges, including the dragon bridge. Which every Friday and Saturday gave us a smoke and fire show. Restaurants were great walking was very easy compared to most places in Vietnam. Staff was very good. "Excellent location, very clean, and very capable staff. If you stay for any more than four days choose an apartment, where the 2BR apartments come with a cooktop, washing machine/dryer, and a full-size fridge & freezer - as well as all the amenities of the actual hotel. Speaking of which, the breakfast buffet and gym were excellent. Special mention must go to Nam, one of the hotel's concierges, who went out of his way to organise a number of our side trips for us and help navigate our way around Da Nang. Perhaps the only small minus was the flotilla of motorbikes zooming down the main street almost every night - but I guess that's the price one pays for having a room overlooking the Han River. If you close the sliding doors the noise reduces considerably but we liked the fresh air rather than using the air-conditioning. Our two-bedroom apartment also had a very large balcony, which was fantastic to sit out on and watch the world go by on the river. The hotel was also directly opposite the boarding location for the night river cruises."

"Stayed here because we wanted to enjoy the theme park more. However it was raining heavily when we were there. Hence, we could not enjoy the rides and scenery much. Nevertheless, the staff is very helpful especially the bellboy. They helped us to carry the luggages under the heavy rain. Breakfast is good with many variety. The room is clean."
