"Hotel staff was very welcoming when we checked in. We got welcome flowers and drinks while waiting for our room during check-in. The hotel is located right across from the beach. Rooms were very spacious and clean, they had an infinity pool and rooftop bar. Hotel was able to help coordinate a private driver for a daytrip tour we wanted and got that arranged very quickly with getting back to me the rate for thr request. Lots of great restaurants and cafe options around that is walkable."

"Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here as part of a longer trip, the room was amazing, very spacious. The only thing i would comment is the noise you here if you are facing the main road, it can be quite noisy with all the beeping, but couldnt fault the hotel or the room otherwise. Good location and walking distance from everythinf you need. "

"This was our favourite hotel of the three we stayed in around Vietnam. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff are polite and helpful. The restaurant and spa are also very good and reasonably-priced. Da Nang is very walkable, and the location of this hotel (right next to the beach) gave us plenty of options for dining out. Would absolutely recommend!"

"We had a lovely stay at Koi Resort Danang. The aesthetic of the resort is modern, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed—everything felt fresh and high-end. We stayed in a spacious 4-bedroom villa with a private pool, which offered amazing value compared to what you'd pay for a similar stay in places like Mexico. One of the biggest highlights was the complimentary breakfast buffet. It was incredibly generous with a wide variety of options, from Western staples to local Vietnamese dishes. Definitely something we looked forward to every morning! The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always kind to our two young kids (ages 4 and 5). There were daily kids' activities by the pool, which gave me time to relax and read. These activities do come at an extra cost, but we found them well worth it for the experience and convenience. The resort itself is very peaceful and quiet—almost surprisingly so. It felt a bit empty at times, but we actually appreciated the tranquility. While it is a bit removed from the main part of Da Nang, Grab rides were cheap and easy to arrange, so we had no trouble getting around. The room was clean and well-maintained, and we loved that we could easily adjust the air conditioning to our preference. The lush surroundings added to the relaxing vibe of the resort. Overall, this was a comfortable, serene, and luxurious stay with plenty of Western comforts. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Efficient check in, welcoming and extremely helpful front desk staff, very clean, comfortable and spacious room. Housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating as were the beach and pool staff and the restaurant service people. The hotel is situated on an absolutely beautiful stretch of white sand beach. Between the many pool areas and the beach, there was never an issue finding a place to sit. Although the resort is located away from more central touristy areas, Grab was a very easy and inexpensive way to travel to those areas and/ or restaurants when we wanted to do so. There is a great supermarket within walking distance (approximately 1 kilometre)."
