"Amazing service "

"Hotel and staff are lovely and helpful. Rooms clean and spacious. Lovely shower. Only downside was that then room looked out to a loud courtyard and the room was boiling meaning I couldn’t open the window as it disturbed my sleep. Which is why I did not give 5 stars. 5 minutes from the tube station and 20 minute walk to Covent Garden."

"We weren't aware of the alteration works going on, so a bit of a surprise when we turned up. We walked past it as there was no sign for the hotel. Didnt see the flag above the hotel as it was twisted and not visable. It didnt effect our stay. The staff were helpful and polite. The room was really nice, had all we needed. However ther was an issue with the shower in the morning we were leaving, it flooded the bathroom and some of the bedroom. They're newly done, they think it was the filter in...

"The elevator situation is appalling. It is a very busy hotel and many bus groups use it. At busy times you can wait 15 minutes to even squeeze into one. Today my son and I had to carry four cases down three flights because our Uber was waiting"
