"5/5 for everything. Staff was kind and helpful. Restaurant was delicious and offered great promos for food/drink and even had trivia night. Room and facilities are well kept. Won our group over with the heated towel warmers. Absolutely adorable room. Beds were so comfortable. Price and location right in the middle of all sorts of stores, cafes, etc was unbeatable. "

"Once we arrived, everything was okay, but finding the hotel was difficult because the sat nav took us to the other side of the motorway, which is an extra 20 minutes on the journey. The hotel should use what3words on their directions."
