"The shower small and kept overflowing . Toiletvisit was : wet feet. Television did not work. Shampoo in a sachet that could not be opened. Lots of fungus in bathroom and no ventilation "

"There is free parking across the street, but it is limited. The rooms were on the small side, but nice and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and adequate. The breakfast was very good and the staff were an absolute joy."

"The location and views were incredible! Our room was lovely; very clean, comfortable and charming. and there was so much care and detail for our 5 year old: special sheep sheets, a kids dining set for breakfast- it really made her feel special. Breakfast was delicious, and the stocked fridge to purchase beer or wine was really nice in the evening after we put our little one to sleep - we had a beer on our balcony looking up at the castle and out to the river. We will definitely need to return! "

"I booked the room with balcony. Good size clean room. Bathroom has being renovated. Balcony is good place to sit and enjoy wine and watch river flow by. Continental breakfast was good. Has cold cut meat, freshly baked bread, hard boiled eggs, etc. Note hotel is on the other side of Cochem town. It is 10 to 15 mins walk to Cochem proper. Also if you are coming by train, station is 15 to 20 min walk. "
