They made us feel incredibly welcomed and ensured we had plenty of information on how to adjust to the altitude and provided coca leaves and tea. The room was clean and in great condition, breakfast was fantastic, and we were no more than a 5 minute walk from the historic center. "

For example, the toilet paper was not replaced on one occasion and dirty glasses were not cleaned. In a few instances, the front desk person was messing around on their phone, which I think looks bad. One of the front desk staff was not familiar with how to get to Machu Picchu which I feel is something they should probably be familiar with, given that it is a major tourist attraction. I...

"The overall hotel is basic but (Alberto, I think is his name) working the front desk made the stay amazing. He went over and above to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again mainly because Alberto provided great customer service. "

"The property is 1 minute away from Plaza De Armas, which is the main square in cusco. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great. Our only complain is that we were placed in a room without windows but maybe because of the low price we paid. Overall I would recommend it since it is really really close to the main square. "
